This site is intended for collectors of 78 rpm records which was the medium for recorded sound from about the 1890s to the early 1950s.
PLEASE NOTE THAT TO PLAY THESE RECORDS YOU MUST HAVE A RECORD PLAYER OR TURNTABLE WITH A SPIN SPEED OF 78 rpm (revolutions per minute).
78's covered a wide subject matter from opera, classical and popular music (stage, film and Music Hall) to comedy, poetry and historical events. Most of the 78's available on this site are musical, both popular and classical. However, you will find other genre from time to time.
There are many more 78s to be listed on this site, so regular visits here will find new additions.

NOTICE - REVISED POST & PACKING CHARGES EFFECTIVE FROM 1ST MAY 2012.
It is regreted that due to a 'big increase' in Royal Mail charges, all Post & Packing charges will be increased from the 1st May.
The 'fragility' of a 78 requires substantial packing in order for it to arrive safely which increases costs. I do hope you will take these costs into account, which ensure the safe arrival of your record(s)
New P & P charges are:- UK & N.Ireland £4.30 - Europe £6.90 - Rest Of World £11.90
P & P discounts when ordering more than 1 x 78 are:- UK £1.00 per additional record. EUROPE £2.50 per additional record. REST OF WORLD £3.30 per additional record.
